2. Reservation Process Reservations are made through our website. To confirm your reservation, you must provide accurate and complete information, including name, email, phone number, and payment details. Once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email containing your reservation details.
3. Prices and Payments Prices for tourist attractions and accommodations are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. We accept a variety of forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and other methods detailed on our website. All payments are processed securely.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Cancellation policies vary depending on the service booked. Our general policy is detailed below:
• Cancellations made more than 30 days in advance: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 30 days in advance: Charges of 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days in advance: No refunds will be granted.
To request a cancellation, you must send an email to our customer service (reservations@fincalindora.com) with your reservation number and the corresponding details. In case of a refund, the same will be made to the same card with which the purchase was made.
5. Modifications to the Reservation If you wish to modify your reservation, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, but we do not guarantee changes in availability. Depending on the nature of the modification, additional fees may apply.
6. Responsibility We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information about tourist attractions and accommodations. However, we are not responsible for typographical errors, price changes, changes in availability, or situations beyond our control (such as adverse weather conditions or unexpected events). We encourage you to check directly with the service providers for any questions you may have.
7. Intellectual Property All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Finca Lindora Monteverde and is protected by intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of such content without our prior written consent is prohibited.
